Booking Privacy Policy

Scope

Currenti llc operates the Club Tattoo online booking and client-care messaging service for participating Club Tattoo studios. This policy explains how Currenti llc and those studios handle information submitted through that service.

Information we collect

Depending on the service you request, we may collect your name, email address, mobile number, preferred studio, requested date and time, artist preference, age or date-of-birth information, tattoo or piercing details, reference images, payment and deposit status, appointment history, and communications with the studio.

How we use information

• Review, schedule, confirm, and manage booking requests and appointments.
• Send requested client-care messages, deposit or payment links, reminders, and studio replies.
• Match requests with studios and artists and maintain operational records.
• Protect the booking service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability.
• Measure booking-funnel usage and attribution using privacy-limited analytics that excludes names, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents, and reference images.
• Meet legal, payment, recordkeeping, and safety obligations.

Analytics and cross-domain measurement

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors move from clubtattoo.com to booking.clubtattoo.com and where the booking process can be improved. The analytics events we send describe funnel steps and studio selections; they do not include client names, email addresses, phone numbers, booking messages, or uploaded images. First-party identifiers may be carried between these Club Tattoo properties so one visit is measured as one session. Advertising storage and personalized-ad signals are disabled on the booking service.

Optional booking-origin location

When enabled, adults booking for adults may choose to share a one-time device location or an approximate internet-based area. Neither choice is preselected. Device location also requires your browser permission and may include precise latitude, longitude, estimated accuracy, and capture time. Refusing device permission does not trigger approximate collection: you must choose that separately. Booking remains available without either choice. We do not continuously track movement or obtain cell-tower records.

With your consent, we associate this snapshot with the booking attempt, its last recorded steps and errors, a submitted request, and any confirmed deposit linked to that request. This helps Club Tattoo understand which starting areas convert to requests and deposits and where the booking experience can improve. Incomplete attempts may be classified as inactive after 24 hours, not permanently abandoned. A starting location is not a home address.

US device coordinates may be converted to an estimated Census ZIP Code Tabulation Area using a public boundary dataset on our server. These statistical areas are not guaranteed postal delivery ZIP codes. Internet-derived areas may be inaccurate, particularly with mobile networks or VPNs. Unknown and uncertain locations remain identified as such. Marketing reports use grouped area counts, combine small groups, and do not display or export exact coordinates or individual customer locations.

Coordinates are stored separately with restricted database access and are not added to Google Analytics, advertising events, messages, or ordinary application logs. Our hosting and database processors process the data to provide this service; client coordinates are not sent to an external geocoding service. No new persistent tracking cookie is used for this feature. An existing first-party, per-tab booking identifier links the attempt; a per-tab preference remembers your choice. A different browser or new tab can count as a different attempt.

Scheduled deletion removes exact coordinates from the active system within 30 days plus one hour, and the geographic association and consent record within 90 days plus one hour. Use “Location privacy (optional)” in the booking flow to stop sharing and delete the saved location for the current attempt. If you have closed that tab, or deletion cannot be confirmed, contact us below for assistance. Deletion does not cancel your booking or remove records needed to fulfill it. Restricted disaster-recovery backups may retain copies until their normal expiry; they are not used for marketing. Previously downloaded aggregate reports may remain. We disable this optional collection when the browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, and when the booking identifies a minor.

SMS and mobile information

The booking form requires you to choose a communication preference, but neither option is preselected. If you choose the text-message option, Currenti llc may use your mobile number to provide Club Tattoo Booking and Client Care texts for the studio you selected. You may instead choose email or phone-call contact and continue without SMS. Messages may include booking-request acknowledgements, scheduling questions or changes, studio replies, secure deposit or payment links, confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity and conversations with the studio. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other data-sharing categories in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Currenti llc and Club Tattoo do not sell, rent, transfer, or otherwise provide mobile phone numbers or messaging consent to another organization for its own use.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage bookings, serve clients, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we maintain.

Your choices

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to a Club Tattoo text to opt out of messages from that number or HELP for help. You may still submit a booking request without agreeing to SMS; the studio may contact you by email or phone call instead. See the SMS Terms and SMS opt-in disclosure for more information.
